Withdrawal Process

1. Earn enough in-app balance to meet the minimum withdrawal amount.
2. Open the Withdraw or Wallet section in the ZS999 app.
3. Select JazzCash or EasyPaisa and enter your registered mobile number (or account details as required by the app).
4. Submit the withdrawal request. Processing time can vary (e.g. a few hours to a few days depending on the app's policy).
5. Once processed, the amount is sent to your chosen wallet. Check your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account for the credit.

Minimum Withdrawal

ZS999 sets a minimum withdrawal amount (e.g. Rs 500 or similar—check the app for the current limit). You cannot request a payout below this minimum. The exact figure may change; always refer to the in-app withdrawal screen for up-to-date information.

Supported Wallets

For Pakistani users, ZS999 supports withdrawals to:

• JazzCash – linked to your Jazz mobile number.
• EasyPaisa – linked to your Telenor (or supported) mobile number.

Your wallet must be active and verified. The name or number you use in ZS999 should match your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account to avoid rejections or delays.

Common Issues & Solutions

• Withdrawal pending for long: Processing times vary. If it exceeds the time stated in the app, use the in-app support or contact option to inquire. Do not share your PIN or OTP with anyone claiming to be support.
• Wrong number entered: If you entered an incorrect JazzCash or EasyPaisa number, contact ZS999 support as soon as possible. We cannot reverse transactions from this website.
• Account under review: The app may hold or review withdrawals for security. Follow any instructions provided in the app and avoid violating terms (e.g. fake tasks or referrals).
